Overview of the program
Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Van Long - Deputy Director, Acting Director of the Company said that the bidding work at the Company was basically carried out in accordance with regulations during the recent time. However, in the working process, there still exist some difficulties and limitations. Therefore, enhancing efficiency in bidding work is extremely necessary to improve professional capacity and promptly advise Company leaders on implementing bidding and centralized procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring stable maintenance of production and business activities at the Company. He asked the Company's employees to seriously study and absorb knowledge. This is an opportunity for the Company's employees to improve their skills; exchange, discuss, and remove difficulties and obstacles in bidding work at the Company.
Mr. Hoang Cuong - Head of Procurement Policy Department – the Department of Bidding Management chaired the guidance session
At the guidance and discussion session, Mr. Hoang Cuong - Head of Procurement Policy Department, the Department of Bidding Management imparted knowledge related to procurement and bidding, focusing on guiding a number of key issues such as overview of selecting contractors; planning the contractor selection; selecting contractors online; about Contract; ensuring integrity in bidding and handle violations of bidding law. Besides, the program also focused on discussing problems arising at the Company according to the provisions of Circular No. 08/2022/TT-BKHDT; some notes on preparing bidding documents, evaluating and handling situations in bidding.
Through the guidance and discussion program, the legal knowledge of bidding operations for the Company's employees has been improved, thereby firmly grasping the order, procedures, forms and methods of contractor selection, organizing bidding, methods of evaluating bids, proposals, and approving bids in accordance with the provisions of law... And the program also helped to perform well the roles and responsibilities for relevant employess on participating in bidding work of the Company.
