EVNGENCO1 approved the employment plan after equitization

This morning, October 27, 2020, at the Extraordinary Employee Conference, the employment plan after the equitization of the Parent Company and the criteria for determining the employees who are classified as good experts with professional qualifications of Power Generation Corporation 1 (EVNGENCO1) was approved with a rate of 100%.

The Presidium included Mr. Nguyen Huu Thinh and Mr. Tran Doan Thanh

The conference took place online under the chairmanship of Mr. Nguyen Huu Thinh – President & CEO and Mr. Tran Doan Thanh - Chairman of the Trade Union of EVNGENCO1. Attending the conference were representatives of the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises, the EVN’s leaders, the EVN's Departments, members of the Steering Committee, the assisting group of the Equitization Steering Committee of the parent company - EVNGENCO1 and 172 delegates (natural delegates and elected delegates from units of EVNGENCO1).

Mr. Nguyen Manh Huan presented the draft plan on employment after equitization

After Mr. Nguyen Manh Huan - Deputy General Director of EVNGENCO1 introduced the overall plan of using employees and criteria for good and highly qualified experts of the Corporation who would be allowed to buy more shares when implementing equitization, the participants of the Conference actively discussed with many valid opinions from units in the Corporation as well as other delegates. These comments were responded by Mr. Nguyen Huu Thinh – President & CEO at the Conference.

On the basis of a frank exchange with the spirit of market demand, the delegates understood and agreed with the draft labor use plan when equitizing the parent company - Power Generation Corporation 1 and the draft criteria to identify employees as good experts with high professional qualifications. The meeting voted to approve the resolution with a rate of 100%.
