The Decision has also appointed other members of the Steering Committee from the relevant departments of the MOIT, EVN and EVNGENCO1. This is a reform step, drawn from the equitization process of EVNGENCO3, with the desire that management of equitization in EVNGENCO 1 will be fierce and more effective.
Subsequently, the MOIT also issued a decision dated March 28, 2018 to set up an Assistant Team to assist the Steering Committee for Equitization of the Parent Company – EVNGENCO1 with the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Tien Khoa – Chairman and Mr. Nguyen Khac Son, President & CEO to be the Head and Deputy Head of the Assistant Team. The Steering Committee for Equitization of the Parent Company – EVNGENCO1 also includes members from various departments of the MOIT, relevant departments of the EVN and Directors of the EVNGENCO1’s members.
With the establishment of the Steering Committee and the Assistant Group for Equitization of the Parent Company – EVNGENCO1, it is expected that EVNGENCO 1's equitization roadmap will be smooth and efficient accordingly.
